Katie Harrison became the eighth head coach in the history of the Oakland City University women's soccer program in July, 2016. The elevation to head coach came two years after Harrison was hired as the assistant coach in 2014.

No outsider to the OCU soccer program, Harrison played four years for the Lady Oaks team before joining the staff. During her collegiate playing career, she was a senior captain, earned Most Improved Player in 2013, and had many recognitions for her goalkeeping abilities.

The Ewloe, United Kingdom, native was also an eight time player of the week for her semi-professional team back in England, where she aalso set the all-time record for saves in a regular season.

After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education in 2014, Harrison completed her Master's of Science in Educatino degree in Physical Education - Curriculum and Instruction.

Harrison's parents, Keith and Elaine Harrison, and brother, James Harrison, all reside in England. Coach Harrison resides in Evansville, Indiana.
